Founder and CEO
A Baton Rouge native, Jason is a graduate of Film and Communication Arts from the University Of New Orleans. In his 10-year carrier he has played an integral part in some of the biggest films to hit Louisiana. A list that includes Terminator: Genisys, Focus, Maggie, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Devil’s Due, The Lookalike, Enders Game, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters, The Host, Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, The Paperboy, Medallion, Red, The Curiois Case of Benjamin Button and many others.Through the years he has developed a unique relationship with city management and local organizations to insure proper permitting and communication with officials, municipalities, businesses and residents for each of his unique and challenging projects.
It is Jason’s logistical understanding and vision that have set him apart in the film world as the go to manager of feature film and TV production. He has brought that same clarity and passion as the founder of NOLA Event Permits, LLC.

Founder
A once, and current resident of New Orleans, Harry originally hails from the Washington D.C. area. After college Harry went West to pursue his love of film. He was hired in the Location Department after two weeks of his first internship on a movie shooting in the San Francisco Bay Area. He hasn’t looked back since. For a better part of a decade, Harry has worked on projects big and small in San Francisco, Baltimore, Alaska, Utah, Las Vegas, S. Carolina and Los Angeles. Some highlights include “Monk” (formerly on USA Network), “Bedtime Stories”, “Step Brothers”, “The Muppets,” and most recently “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes”.
Harry has always been known in the industry as a go to person for any interactions with city or state officials. He has had the opportunity to work in so many places because of his ability to seek out and get in touch with the exact right person to make even the most difficult permits a reality.

luke mccoy
CTO
A native New Orleanian, Luke has been overseeing and managing software development for more than a decade. Past clients have included eBay Motors, Gold’s Gym and the Venetian Hotel & Casino. Since 2007 Luke has been putting those skills to work for himself in the development, management, and maintenance of his web development company NOLA Web Pro and it’s popular website USA Carry which boasts over 65,000 members and over 1,200,000 pageviews per month.
Through his own business, Luke has learned how to stay informed on local and state laws and how to get that information to the USA Carry membership and audience as quickly as possible. Because his familiarity and close ties with city and state officials both locally and nationally, Luke and the rest of us here at NOLA Event Permits, LLC, felt he was a no brainer perfect fit partner to bring onboard to help design and maintain our online properties.
